My VPS (ID 12612) on node "buc1.rarecloud.io" has been turned off for more than 8 hours. Does not rise through the control panel.

Same here, no vps.
You get what you pay for. It's a bit slow, unreliable, but cheap. But at least here I haven't seen vcpu being stolen, so kudos to that.

What is Maximum network-speed at all time ?
Their port speed for all location is 1Gbps. I didn't expect much at that pricing range. I was okay with my private vpn usage.

We are currently experiencing downtime on 1 of our 4 nodes in our Bucharest datacenter due to a hardware issue affecting the storage subsystem.
Our technical team has been actively working on diagnosing and resolving the issue. The root cause has been identified as a connectivity problem between the SSDs and the server's storage controller, the drives themselves have been tested and verified as healthy.
We are currently in the process of isolating the faulty component and restoring full operation. We will post another update as soon as the node is back online.
The remaining 3 nodes in Bucharest are fully operational and unaffected.
We understand this is frustrating and we appreciate your patience. We are doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Sometimes it happens.
As you know, Bucharest and other Romanian locations are in the to do list to be upgraded. On the other locations where we have brand new servers, we do not have hardware failures.
