Search KVM VPS with 10 Gbps port and unmetered inbound traffic?

Hi,
I’m looking for a KVM VPS in the EU (NL/DE/FR) for a project with burst-style data downloads (download → process → pause).
Requirements:
ideally a 10 Gbps port
unmetered / unlimited inbound traffic
outbound traffic is not very important
not a 24/7 download use case
Could you please advise which VPS options would be suitable?

Only outbound traffic is accounted for. Inbound is unmetered.
