  Its in their nl8.servers.guru (if thats their naming scheme) so ask vps server to be delivered there

  I don't think servers guru sells dedicated server in NL so you should go to their upstream.

  If you look at the reverse dns, the entire block is assigned to servers.guru, Sollutium won't be able to help.

  @servers_guru is the place to go. Maybe create a ticket and check if there is a possibility to rent a dedicated server?

  Hello,
  thank you guys for the mention.

  However as it has been mentioned, unfortunately we do not offer dedicated servers in the Netherlands.

  Also the cluster on which this range is assigned is deprecated so we will not assign anything there anymore until the whole cluster is going down. Which will take a long time unfortunately.

  You might want to try and query the RIR database, as that should contain registration to whatever provider - unless the range was secured somewhere shady…

  Could be rarecloud. I have a Germany VPS from them that shows as M247 Europe SRL in the RIR db. No guarantees though.
