  Definitely check out Greencloud @NDTN which still has some storage VPS servers on sale left in the US.
  Beware those are promo plans, only yearly billing period is possible and there are no refunds. However, the price is unmatched ($80/y for a better config than you ask for).

  And if NL location is fine, @NovaCloudHosting should be able to offer you something good as well

  The most budget-friendly option is this one:

  • 2 cores // 4 GB RAM // 65 GB NVMe // 2 TB HDD (ref)
  • 12 TB @ 1 Gbit/s ~or~ Unlimited @ 250 Mbit/s with daily speed increase (noref)

  3 times less than ideally around.
  For $10 you can get a two times bigger VM.

  If you need dedicated cores ultimately, look at this customizable plan, e.g.:

  • 2 slices — 2 dedicated AMD EPYC cores // 8 GB RAM // 250 GB NVMe (ref) // 2 TB RAID-Z 2 HDD
  • 8 TB @ 10 Gbit/s ~or~ Unmetered @ 250 Mbit/s (+1 mbps daily) [both with unlimited 10Gbps download] (noref)
    (adjust the resources in shopping cart to get this config - $11)

  There's also a sister plan (Unified Fat) with bigger slices. It allows to select one slice and also add 1.5 or 2 TB SAN storage.

  at best you get a free test server and check the routing / hardware to make sure it meets your requirements.

  My https://oplink.net/high-storage-vps/ server is running well, but I'm paying $9.95/month for 2 TB and it looks like the prices have gone up. The 2 TB drive is NVMe so performance is superb, but it's not a dedicated CPU.

  I also had good experiences with 2 TB Interserver and Servarica servers.
