My situation has worsened. Not only did I fail to get any technical support across all my tickets, but they’ve been ignoring my refund request for two weeks now. They even blocked my ability to reply to the first ticket. My second refund ticket has been ignored for a week, and now all locations are 'sold out.' I’m not afraid to say it: it looks like my money has been stolen, in every sense of the word.

Also from your comment seems like you are trying to deploy? if so, I would highly suggest to do it now, we've been in stock for the past weeks now you are complaining that went out of stock for a couple days....
