Let’s talk about this provider.
First of all, the network configuration is a mess. For weeks, I’ve been receiving traffic on my IP address intended for other provider addresses. I reported this to technical support, but there was zero response. To give you an idea of the scale: I was getting 100 Mbps (everyday) of incoming traffic, of which about 80 Mbps was not even destined for my IP.
Secondly, the SSD speeds are incredibly low, especially considering this was a €9/month plan. Support simply replied: 'Well, that’s just the kind of disks we have for now.'
As a result, tickets are being ignored, support doesn't respond, and my refund request has been met with silence.

We want to run simulation software on 100% CPU on all 16 cores.
Can we use up 1600% processor time, or would it be throttled?
What's the actual performance for sustained high CPU usage?
