    It's getting weird. Today I got a ticket response informing me that my freebie (+10 GB disk) has been (finally!) provided.
    Looking both at the client panel and the control panel the disk still has no extra space!

    I'm not saying that @DeluxHost lied to me! Maybe there's something that needs to be done, like e.g. rebooting - but then that should have been told.

    The freebie has been added from the support from what I can see, if you go to your Virtfusion customer area you can find a fairly large message saying to restart the server to have the changes applied :)

    Thank you, riddle solved. I did look at the "storage" section, because that's where the disk size can be seen, but the message you mentioned is in the "overview" section. Somewhat unfortunate, but hey, my VPS has the larger disk now and I'm happy.
