VPS with Fresh/Newly Announced RIPE IP Ranges
Hello everyone,
I am looking for a VPS provider (preferably in Europe or regions covered by RIPE) that has recently acquired and announced new IP ranges.
My primary requirement is that the IPs should be "fresh" and not yet heavily flagged in major GeoIP databases or categorized as "Data Center" in older reputation lists.
Requirements:
Virtualization: KVM preferred.
Location: Any RIPE-covered region (EU, Middle East, etc.).
IP: At least 1 IPv4 (must be from a newly announced block).
Payment: crypto
If you are a provider and have recently expanded your network with new subnets, please leave a comment or PM me with your Looking Glass or a test IP so I can check the routing and database status.
Looking forward to your suggestions. Thanks!

Looking to violate virgin ASN with filthy spam?
Not at all. I'm in Iran, and due to the extreme internet censorship and the current situation here, most well-known data center ranges are pre-blocked. I'm just looking for a fresh IP to maintain a stable connection for personal use and to bypass the filtering.
Try ICMP tunneling, should work even with datacenter ranges.
Xd was going to message you earlier ie che cmp ie be khoda ke goin to moon ye range va subnet peyda kardam as Manageit Cloud ke ye range va subnetsh bra holand bod ba asn irani age bede behm zendegim rahet mishe vali felan ye range fresh ham karamo rah mindaze "bebekhshid bra finglish"
????
Please note the language of discussion on LET is English according to forum rules.
Additionally, I wonder how does having a new IP range help with evading censorship?
Are all existing ranges blocked?
There is a LET thread for selling/buying IP ranges, you could observe it. Or even better, check for yourself which networks are blocked for you, most providers host Looking Glass and then consider purchasing from those that are reachable on your network.

My apologies for the language slip I will stick to English for the rest of the discussion as per forum rules. Thank you for pointing that out. ill edit previous comment too
Regarding your question, Yeah, pretty much.
Almost every well-known range from the big names to even the mid-tier providers is completely blocked here. Finding an IP that actually pings back and isn't throttled to death is becoming incredibly rare. Most of the "famous" data center blocks are filtered , which is why we're looking for fresh ones
I appreciate the tip about the IP marketplace, but honestly, buying or leasing a full range is way too expensive for me. I’m just a regular user, and a single VPS with those "fresh" IP specs is all I need. It’s the only budget-friendly way for someone in my position
Gather 252 of your friends.
Buy a /24 together.
Split the cost.
Does this actually work? I heard that they are using a whitelist.
it works now*
@yoursunny you stayed too much in IPV6 wonderland, they need to be 256. ( yes .0 and 255 is counted hen buying a sub-net )
172.16.18.0 → network address (not usable for hosts)
172.16.18.1 to 172.16.18.254 → usable host IPs (254 usable)
172.16.18.255 → broadcast address (not usable)
Also, this will not work out well for them

In 2-4 weeks after they shit the sub-net to the depths of the abyss and try to sell it, "friends" will realize it will worth less then 10 Cents on a dollar and they will not be friends anymore.

Not worth the hassle to lose a /24 of friends.
@vpsproman
Please take this with a grain of salt.

Now, how does that look to you?
I think you are on the wrong Forum.
Happy fresh virgin uninitiated IPV4 hunting.
Cheers!
i bet it won't last long
While looking for virgins definitely does look weird, I don't think there's any malice behind it. A lot of people living here are desperately looking for ways to properly use the internet after the shutdown.
What ISP are you using? pingtunnel still works fine even with well-known datacenter ranges on Irancell, TCI and even Arvan.
We didn’t specify how much is paid for the /24.
Having 252 friends means that there are 253 usable IPs in a /24.
.0 and .255 and .1 are all taken by the router.
Once the virginity has been violated, cancel the /24 lease and it’s someone else’s problem.
Payment: crypto
I truly wish there was some actual malice behind this, rather than just the desperation of trying to reconnect after a massive internet blackout(We might actually end up in a war with the US soon And the first thing our gov will do is just shutdown the internet Xd) . However, you are right. Considering the factors you mentioned, I admit it looks shady, and I'm afraid that's just the situation I'm stuck in.
Also, just to clarify I'm not looking for bulk IPs or subnets. I literally just need one or two VPS instances for personal use. If I were a spammer or others , I'd be asking for massive blocks, not a single server.
Yeah, I'm using pingtunnel and it's working for now. But I'm looking for these IPs specifically as a loophole for when the gov decides to cut off all domestic datacenters from the outside world. Just trying to have a backup plan for the total blackout days which already worked...
Quite frankly, we're playing a losing game here. I doubt any of the methods that work now will be effective during future blackouts. They’re getting better at it with each iteration - for example, DNS tunneling which worked during previous shutdowns, was actively blocked by most resolvers.
If you're that worried about future shutdowns, I'd look into getting a Starlink from the black market, but that has risks of its own...
