Some places block certain TLDs, which is annoying to me as someone who uses a .me domain.
If you have dkim and spf correct it might be the domain.
I think it's because DB things on NameCrane have some hiccups unfortunately.
I just sent some emails half an hour ago and I did not have any issues.
Thanks for letting me know. Probably something on my account then.
Are you facing the same issue? You use Namecrane services?
Didn't tested the email part but I got an website hosted on shared hosting and is half down because of the db.

@ameyarora doesn't work to send emails, I am on Europe.
US1 server is also not sending.
Inbound is working fine (and IMAP sync for mail clients).
But sending is broken.
Edit:
Sent emails are not being delivered.
Reception is fine, IMAP sync for email clients is fine, but sent emails do not arrive.
Also:
sending from one US1 server client to another works fine too.
Even for different domains (and different service accounts).
But sending outside of CraneMail is apparently not working.
Should be fine. Spamexperts has been doing some ongoing OS upgrades to Debian 12 and it seems it didn't quite restart the 'outgoing' relay properly
Things would've been queued, but should be flowing. Mike has some plans to get mx2 also sending emails soon, would just need to warm some IP's.
Francisco
I can confirm that the queue has been processed (at least for my server/account) and that sending now works normally for the new emails.
Thank you for the fix. Works perfect now.
Thanks.
I've shared my signal around to some people that can ring me in the off chance we're all dead to the world. One of our Monday morning people didn't show up so that left that big gap there.
Maybe I can find something to hook hetrix to make calls...or a signal/discord bot or something.

I've been using this:

Which uses this:

For a couple years now with great success
@Francisco,
us1.workspace.org (162.244.93.81) is unreachable as of this morning. Since it’s already the start of the workday here, email services are affected and users can’t send or receive messages. Please let us know if this is due to planned maintenance or an active incident.
I'm seeing an outage from here too, neither us1.workspace.org, nor the aliases I have for my domains (mail.mydomain) are reachable as of 8:10 PM EST.
In addition - selecting the "DNS Setup Guide" for the domain in the NameCrane portal leads to a "Oops..."
Edit: It came back as of 8:50PM, literally as I was typing this
Namecrane still hasn’t learned to properly communicate planned downtimes to customers (likely another SmarterMail update). A 40-minute outage with no notice isn’t good.
Were you talking about subdomains?
No, I was talking about the CNAME record used to access the domain webmail
Miles to go for getting a 'production ready' status.
No no. This wasn't planned at all. The DC grabbed out the drive thinking we were done with it when in reality it was still running the OS off it.
The drives thing sucks, but if it wasn't for that the biggest issue would've been the SE update. Trying to not make an excuse but prior to this its been great. EU side has been pretty damn great.
Once we have the drives and confirm they're good, we'll schedule a night time maint to swap 'em. A friday night likely so we disrupt the least amount of people as possible.
Francisco
works fine for me
