  They do this every year, its a contract though, if you don't cancel, you renew for another year and they charge you.

  Yeah, a "standard" practice should apply, to cancel before 12 months is up.

  Which is vague - unsure whether FTP is included ("regardless") or an "adjustment" is necessary.

  without protocoll pack, so it is either their app or you can mount it with rclone, wich supports highdrive.
