I wonder why the JP Ping is high compare to other, even thou the location is Tokyo as well, does test IP really high compare to the actual one?

I am your customer, and here is my VPS information:
I have deployed an x-ui panel on my VPS, which uses port 51248 . I have already opened this port on the server via the ufw firewall, but it is still inaccessible from the external network.
I suspect that the hardware firewall in your data center is blocking this non-standard port. Could you please help me open the following inbound ports on the data center firewall:
1. 22/TCP (SSH port, already open, but please confirm)
2. 80/TCP (HTTP port, for certificate validation)
3. 51248/TCP (x-ui panel port)

I bought two VPS in Dallas and migrated everything from CloudCone. So far they’re working pretty well… although 100GB storage is a bit small for running PostgreSQL, but it’ll do for now.
My vps in Hongkong offline again...for 4 hours now.
Mine too. Asked support about it a couple of hours ago - especially given the current virtualizor hacks across hosts - but am yet to hear back 🤞
