Any economical VPS with about
2 CPU core + 3 GB RAM and about at least 100GB SSD?

Impossible, that like 1.5$ per month for 2core 3gb ram alone without that storage size. You need atleast like 3-4$ for that specs EXCLUDE SEA location, prob need double and end up 6-8$ month or 72-96$/year
I see, its tough now! Cuz there are some good deals for 4GB VPS – JUST $33/year from vpshostingservice.co but these servers are far from me
May 30 bucks fit someone?
greencloud ( @NDTN ) has some 2c/3g SEA locations for $35/yr, but you won't get that storage amount on that budget even in US/EU let alone SEA
