Not to dampen this sales thread, but I suspect the "This offer expires in 12 hours" is because that's when Hetzner themselves put the prices up.
Right now on hetzner.com it shows the new price in the info page but if you try to configure a new machine it's still showing the old price.
I thought paying 2x a month in advance was ridiculous from Hetzner previous setup fee increase, now they want 3x or even 4x for some servers...

We are offering servers that were cancelled by our clients and are not scheduled for renewal. The previous customers already paid the setup fee, so you can save on that
We resell these servers on a monthly basis through our billing system, the Hetzner forum, and other platforms, allowing clients to save money on the setup fee.

Setup fees are not the concern, the concern is that hetz will increase recurring price.

Probably looking to drive away "temporary customers" (like "I need a server for a week / 10 days, etc."), but still sad - they're an important source of decent budget VMs.
The answer: DDR5 RAM and NVMe drives.
