Unlisted can be replaced with having "good" bot protection. I'm still trying to figure something with either go-away or anubis. Also, there's a fork of redlib that uses Tor version of reddit which means reddit can't do as much with fingerprinting.

However I'm afraid reddit's Tor site will end like Twitter's .onion [*] if this gets abused.

Be extra careful around hosting private bins or image hosts without restricting arbitrary user uploads!
Personally I probably wouldn't do that.

"Good" bot protection doesn't help when people keep hopping instance (redlib, nitter, invidious). As for privatebin, change the config so only short term hosting is allowed. Furthermore, If it's transfered to me, I can't guarantee that I could host all those proxies in long term/ being listed / giving the url/ stable service considering the limitations post-the front-end proxy squeeze of 2023 and how it may affect the ip reputation.

I got headache because over-thinking. So, at the worst I would use it as backup storage. If it works, I will host low bw front end proxy. Because dealing with rate-limiting site makes you want to make the instance private

Other than letting users know manually, there are many aggregator channels and bots to which we can submit the proxies. Since the server is fairly powerful, it can support a lot of users and can be safely listed publicly, I think.

Scale it by using multiple devices, or spin docker which connects to public proxy, perhaps use headless chrome.
