Reliablesite NY issues?

Anyone having issues with NY area? can't ssh in to my server and can't login on the reliablesite page. hetrixtools time is increasing.

Comments

  • maybe it's a comcast northeast connection issue? I can ssh from one of my nearby vps's

  • Just seen the same. I can access my server now, but their site is still down.

Same thing here. Seems to be only impacting NYC, haven't had any alerts through from LA or MIA.

  • I'm going through a vpn now to access NY, will have to check again through comcast direct

It's only impacting certain routes. Can access things fine from my UK ISP, but unable to access through a Hetzner box.

  • Can't access from asia.

Yes, it seems to be down. Their support platform and dedicated server panel are down too.

  • offline here too. their panel is also offline (with errors)

  • @MrRadic update please?

There was a routing engine failure, it switched to the backup, but some routes are failing to reach destinations.

We're investigating, it's mostly up, but it should be fixed soon.

It's actually in a constant up/down state atm (with a small percentage of routes up or up/down/up but most down). I like a 100% down more (and then 100% up after solving the prob) as the switching is not nice to automatic fail over settings :(

  • Same issue here, up and down constantly, we have hundreds of other dedis in same area without any troubles working, only with reliablesite issues.

If you have nordvpn connect through NewYork #9782 then should be able to access, or SSH in through a nearby server

Yeah, some routes still work and I'm also on one of those affected servers via vpn&ssh but as most routes did not for an hour or two you had this constant up/down.

  • Remains offline

  • yepp, still flipping off and on...

Looks like full routes are back.

Without wanting to tempt fate, all of our monitors that were red about 3 minutes ago have all gone green.

  • Its back for me. That was fucking nerve wracking

All up, unfortunately a Juniper bug that prevented a graceful failover to redundant equipment.

Details were sent over email to all affected customers.

  • We'll its a blessing in that the fallover was fixed too for next time...
