Looking for High-end Ryzen (9950x) Dedicated Server - 10G - Netherlands

Looking for a NL-based dedicated server with Ryzen 9 9950X or better. I know Threadripper is usually out of budget, but if there’s a sane option, I’m listening.
Budget: around $250/month
Requirements:
Location: Netherlands only
Network: Dedicated 10G port, metered is fine
Bandwidth: 50 TiB+
CPU: 9950X or better
My current NVMe does roughly:
~1.1 GB/s fsync
~2.5 GB/s real copy
~2.2 GB/s seq write
~4.4 GB/s seq read
So I’m looking for enterprise / high-end NVMe (PCIe 4 or better). Needs to handle sustained IO and fsync-heavy workloads properly.
Currently using WorldStream (1G NL) and 1GServers (10G US).
The US box is killing me latency-wise and WorldStream's 10G option with a better CPU is out of my budget.

You can actually go in netherlands with @NovaCloudHosting i remember they have ryzen 9 9900 vps upline maybe they have dedicated
