Congrats for your 3rd post since July 2024.... Now instead of complaining, you should have taken backups already like what support said. If you didn't, that's on you to figure out.
OP is a big dumb-dumb for not having backups but I don't feel like letting CloudCone off the hook here. People have already reverse-engineered the payload in the other thread and found out it is (largely) reversable. So not only is the provider to blame for not securing systems, but the provider is also too lazy to dump the disk images for users to attempt data recovery and is instead lying about the attacker deleting all data. I suppose some nodes might have been deleted instead of just having boot sector encrypted, but still. Not all data. Not all VMs.
