  Hi,

  @rarecloud is offering VPS servers and they use M247 in most locations.
  You can see verify the benchmarks on their serververify page.

  Apologies for the oversight - we are currently working on "active stock management" systems to avoid staff interjection in cases like this. It is a rare occurrence and we do usually keep stock available at all times.
