We have a very good network in all our locations, but not all locations have good peering with all providers in the world. If you are not satisfied, open a support ticket and we will solve it!

Is it possible to obtain double storage in Hong Kong?
Nope, just in London. We are low on storage on all locations.
In london we have lots of extra storage because we have different servers there and lots of nvmes because we are planning to offer some block and object storage there.

What cpu is in Starter and Advanced Linux Annual VPS at Silicon Valley location?

This is weird, we've found tickets from December with the status "answered", even if they should be "on hold" so we can see them and reply in time.
This happen with multiple tickets, so it's a bug, or some of our newest techs assigned the statuses wrong.
This is why many tickets remain unanswered.

Haha, honestly, if you managed to grab a VPS in Asia at this price, consider it already a huge exclusive gift from me 😄. Bandwidth, servers, electricity — all crazy expensive there. Just the bandwidth alone at market prices would cost 6 €/month for a Starter VPS, which means my 12 €/year deal is basically me spoiling you.
Most providers selling VPS in Tokyo or Hong Kong sell 512MB RAM and 0.5TB BW for at least 15–20 €/year. So yeah, you’re already getting something rare. Enjoy it while it lasts, because this won’t stay forever 😉

After the server in Germany went down in December, I decided to move to a server in Romania. I thought: if they can’t handle a server in Germany, maybe at least they can manage one in Romania? Unfortunately…
Over the course of nearly two months, the server experienced multiple short outages. This time, it went down for 30 minutes. I received a response from support exactly when the server became available again. Their reply was essentially: “The server is up and running - are you sure you’re having any issues?”
Did anyone receive compensation for all these problems? No. Not unless you beg for it yourself, practically on your knees.
So far, nothing has changed with this company...

The bandwidth on Linux KVM VPSs is quite limited. It would be great if it were doubled. Also, the price of additional traffic on the website is a bit expensive, but the price of the VPSs themselves is very good.
