Low end VPS in HE Fremont
I'm looking for a low end VPS in HE Fremont, 1G port with 1xIPv4 and 1x/64 IPv6. At least 1T monthly bandwidth. Prefered 1G ram but 512M works as well. Storage doesn't matter. No other locations needed.
My budget is like $10/y but can be slightly increase. It's for a small project so don't need a powerful box.

You are asking for the provider to lose money providing your service, which is unrealistic if you want something usable and stable.

SiteHub @HostDoc has got HE Fremont location. Their standard plans might out of your budget but maybe you can check out their NAT plans or something.
