    You can check them on our FUP :)

    we offer indicative monthly traffic ranges based on the type of service:

    VPS/VDS Services: 15TB to 25TB
    Dedicated Servers: 50TB to 70TB
    Special Offers (Plans X, Z, T, F, BF, …): 10TB to 20TB
    Storage Servers: 20TB to 30TB

  • My VPS has been fine for over a month, but today: no ping, no panel access ("Information unavailable. Try again later." / "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later.") – same as some forum users.

    The only thing that doesn't seem to work is the redirect from whmcs to Virtfusion, which can be bypassed by going directly to the vps.deluxhost.net site.

    I got AI SLOP from some fucking AI-assistant within minutes. And again after responding "Please NO AI SLOP!!!".

    This is turning ugly. Throwing AI slop at customers who already paid in advance and are waiting for their VPS being activated is a very, very bad move!

    Update 2: Meanwhile I at least can see my new VPS under services albeit as pending.

    I got AI SLOP from some fucking AI-assistant within minutes. And again after responding "Please NO AI SLOP!!!".

    This is turning ugly. Throwing AI slop at customers who already paid in advance and are waiting for their VPS being activated is a very, very bad move!

    They just use the AI to tell you, that they received the message and will answer you shortly after. Not sure why they do that, but why bother. It's a automatic message that happens on every messages. Just ignore it and wait for a real answer.

    Me too, but that isn't AI slop. It's just a automatic answer, that you need to wait for a response and that they received your request.
