    it is not built on Proxmox. It is built directly on KVM/QEMU and uses libvirt

    Just a few things I've noticed so far:

    1. When rebuilding but not specifying a password, it didn't tell me what the password was generated to. I did see a window very quickly pop up after the "Rebuilding" window, but I didn't see what it said. The password reset button did work well though!
    2. On the "Overview" page, the bandwidth shows "Unlimited". Is the test VPS actually set to unlimited, or should it be showing the 1TB limit?
    3. Dark mode? :)
    4. 2FA? B)

  • I pray this your new VPS works better than your last year VPS Offer I bought. I can never forget how I wasted completely my 1 year VPS I bought from your website last year to extent I didn't even bother myself to check on the VPS panel for like 10months. After I created many tickets and your team were not able to help me out. Your firewall didn't even allow me to use port like 25 and port 53. Your team kept on replying it is opened now where as your firewall rule were too hard to understand how to set things up and the VPS was very slow when I used it in VPN for Internet freenet v2ray

  • It is even NAT VPS. Invariably port 80 and 443 will not work on the test VPS

    as being a provide we have reserve a right to enable/block port 25 for specific client as per our TOS and as i remeber the refund was issued aganinst your service back to your card in back 2024
    our NAT doesnot support port 43 & 80 till the date except the few location so read the vps specs properly before ordering

    1)i also noticed its a UI bug will work over it to make it stickyy untill user close the popup
    but you have a email regarding reinsallation and password with one-token protected
    2) Overview page is fixed now BW shows the real limits
    3) Dark Mode will be enabled in next release
    4) its available but still under testing we will enable it for all users in a day or two

  • I was able to connect over ipv6 and not v4 (found the v4 address manually but not going to use it) anyhow i was able to upgrade from Debian 12 to Debian 13 and the UI panel is nice and all but im not sure if you guys are going to add dark mode soon but overall the vps runs fine

    • Your VPS order (USD $6.99/year) was deployed automatically and delivered immediately after purchase.
    • Shortly after, you contacted live chat reporting a networking issue.
    • Our team identified that the problem was caused by a recent Virtualizor update, where qemu-guest-agent was not assigning IPs correctly.
    • We escalated the case to the virtualizor team right away and opened a support ticket.
    • The issue was resolved within ~18 hours, and we recreated and re-delivered your VPS successfully as soon as we had the fix.

    Regarding the refund request:

    This order was paid via crypto, and as stated in our policy, crypto payments are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

    We always support our clients and do not β€œsteal” from anyone β€” delays caused by virtualization bugs are rare, but we handled this as quickly as possible.

    We’ve been actively improving the panel based on early feedback:

    • Dark Mode is now available (still a work in progress β€” design polish will continue over time)
    • Custom ISO support has been added β€” you can now upload/mount your own ISO and boot from it to install any OS you want

    there should be an email that is sent for the panel login & vps that has the same password, i had to change my password when i logged into the console

  • Dark mode is looking pretty good! On the "Manage VPS" Overview page, the Disk and Bandwidth backgrounds are still in white. The Firewall, Storage, Logs, and Settings tabs also have large sections with white backgrounds as well. Perhaps that was intentional, but it is a bit jarring.

    2FA also appears to be working, the only thing there is that the steps seem to be a bit off. The first step says "Scan QR Code" or something similar, but it doesn't show the QR code until the 2nd step, and it check marks the first step as completed. I also thought it was a bit odd that it shows the backup/recovery codes on the same step as the verification. I would expect those to be shown after the verification.

    Otherwise, it's coming along nicely!

    FIRST OF ALL, YOU DON'T HAVE ANY TEAM UNDERSTAND ANYTHING

    The VPS was not usable after delivery, regardless of when it was β€œdeployed”.

    Checks :
    The assigned NAT SSH port (24721) was not routed and returned No route to host
    NAT was not applied, while port 22 was publicly exposed
    Issue was acknowledged as a Virtualizor / panel-side failure, not user-side
    VPS was unusable for its intended purpose during the initial period
    Refund was requested within the advertised timeframe (48 hours) and denied only.
    Whether the root cause, does not change the outcome:
    the service was not delivered in a usable way, and the failure was entirely provider-side.
    The main reason I ask for refund, it's clearl to me they are selling non-functional serves, it was broken since purchase it (that's big red flag), second their unprofessional way to handle the issue
    I waited over 24 hours to get them even trying fix their (servers) issue, sure there will be more issue from their side because of they are un-capable to do the basic tasks **

    I tried to login immediately after I receive my VPS detail, but i got this error

    after tried to login to the ip/port you provide

    after multiple tries I thought this my be my ISP/server network issue I test the port 22 to chack the network and I got

    SSH is reachable directly on port 22, but the assigned NAT SSH port 24721 is not routed (No route to host).
    This indicates NAT port forwarding is not applied to my VPS.
    Please re-apply NAT rules or restart the NAT gateway for IP 154.53.164.193.
    Or tell me how to solve this.
