in all honesty the storage performance has been subpar, very tempramental typical of an oversubscribed node however the 7$ a year vps has been rock solid (always take a backup as node failures are common)

Thank you very much for the honest review. On the storage side, we are definitely still dialing things in. We just added five new storage nodes and are doing some migrations now, in addition to upgrading everything to RAID-5, so we do appreciate your viewpoint on that. Great to hear on the $7 deals; on those as well, we are working on upgrading things to improve stability. Thank you!
I'll provide a counterpoint here. Shortly after DediRock delivered my storage, I needed to quickly pull about 3TB of data from another provider, as it was clear that they had a failing drive that wasn't going to be fixed quickly. I pulled all of that data over in a weekend with zero issues. I'm not trying to downplay your report at all, just saying that my experience has been different. I'm hoping your service improves, @aaroh.
I just doubled the amount of storage I have with Dedi, and they had me hold off on the purchase until they had their new nodes in place. That doesn't feel like something that a host intent on extreme overselling would do. Thanks to Danny and the rest of the DediRock crew!
The CPU usage on my Los Angeles VPS's host server is fluctuating abnormally, causing the system installed through the WHMCS control panel to fail to boot. These are two separate issues; I have already contacted the PM privately and hope to get help resolving them as soon as possible.
