Looking for cheap LAX VPS with 6ms or less to 64.224.30.233

Hello
I'm on my WoW craze again but Blizzard has cucked aussies and relocated our only classic wow server to the US so now I have fucked ping with my current ISP (180-200)
I would very much like to have slightly less fucked ping and can usually get 150-155ms to most hosts in LA from home
From a quick look on globalping most hosts in LA have around 5-8ms to the Blizzard IP for the Nightslayer Server (64.224.30.233) so I'm looking for a cheap yearly VPS (no Hostpapa / Colocrossing affiliated hosts please) with 1c1gb and around 500gb-1TB of BW per month - looking to pay around $15-$20 per year
Only caveat other than the less than 6ms requirement to Blizz US-WEST servers is I'll need to have 150-155ms to the LA VPS from home so I will need a test IP to check
Kisses as always xo

There is so much jitter on that VM, not gonna be stable.
MJJ blasting 24/7.
Thank you for the suggestion sir but unfortunately this VM is Hostpapa/Colocrossing affiliated, main reason I want to avoid them is the non-optimal network conditions and the amount of overselling that happens with these hosts

WebNX (Greencloud resells them) is ~5.5ms. Greenclouds cheapest plan is $15/y.
HostPapa also seems to be around the 5ms range.
HostSailor is 5.66. I'm glad I quit WoW finally
i don't play WoW but GL with the offers in LA, ping loss
Out of curiosity, have you tried using Cloudflare Warp? I've found that improves ping to a lot of games depending on the ISP.
Doesn’t it absolutely tank speed though?
I haven't but I did plan on doing split tunneling with Wireguard so Warp probably won't work for that, but I'll have a look into it if everything else falls through
Been keeping an eye on the BudgetKVM-1 in LA for a while from Greencloud but it's been a hot minute since it's been restocked + sometimes I seem to get some weird jitter to Greencloud in LAX so it's not the top of my list anymore
Warp allows this by default, but you can also generate Wireguard configs that connect to warp. See: https://github.com/ViRb3/wgcf
Warp is just Wireguard, and CF itself doesn't throttle you as far as I can tell.
Whenever I have back-to-back’ed an inbound vpn with warp on outbound throughout has always gone to absolute shit. But chances are I’m just not doing it right
I'm starting to dig a tunnel so I can lay fibre direct from the game server in LAX to the BeanShed @beanman109
You probably wouldn't want them, but my Racknerd DC-02 box is 8.1ms from that IP so too high for you anyway.
And probably too expensive for you, but my HostHatch LAX storage is 6.6ms from that IP.
Many thanks.
Yeah I ended up going with the server from @advinservers
Brought me down to a flat 160ms which I can live with
Hey @beanman109 ,
What are you using for https://beanman.net/status/ ? For showing the chicken stats ?
Says so at the bottom: https://lirrr.com/
AI slop frontend written by gemini (i think?)
backend is just a scraper for a hetrixtools status page

If beanman lived in NZ and was on AS55850 he could have a ping of 140 to that server (if in Auckland)...
I wonder if having a LA server with GSL as upstream could make a difference
