  Glazing time! SolidVPS responded to my support ticket within TWO minutes this weekend - and the ticket was solved in less than an hour (server migration between nodes - a suggestion from them that seems to have solved the issue). Completely insane; this is how to retain customers!

  They just premium like that. Never really needed much support but from interactions I had, very nice people indeed.

  I have been very happy with my Solid VPSs as well. I haven't needed support after my original purchases either, but my interactions with them have been excellent.
