    Howdy, I took a closer look at #NX80574, and it appears the initial rDNS was correctly set up for your IPv4 address, however the IPv6 rDNS was not yet in place, which would likely explain the behavior you were seeing with Gmail asking for PTR records.

    I’ve asked someone from my team to follow up with you now to coordinate getting rDNS configured for your IPv6 address as well. You should be hearing in the ticket shortly. Once that’s done, things should fully line up.
