Seeking NAT VPS with Dynamic IP (Prefer Mobile / Residential-Like IPs)
Hello everyone,
I’m looking for a US-based NAT VPS with the following characteristics, and I’d really appreciate recommendations from people who have real experience with this type of service.
What I’m looking for:
1. NAT / shared IPv4 rather than a typical static datacenter IP.
2. Ideally a dynamic IP pool (IP may change periodically or come from a rotating pool).
3. Preferably from mobile network ranges (4G/5G) or residential-like IP space, not standard DC ASN ranges.
4. Basic SSH/root access is preferred so I can run my own networking tests.
5. Outbound traffic should not be heavily restricted.
6. Location must be United States.
Use case is mainly network testing, routing behavior testing, and observing how different IP types behave compared to traditional datacenter IPs.
I’ve seen some “mobile starter” type plans before, but many reviews mention they are Windows-only and extremely slow. I’m looking for something that is actually usable for light testing via SSH.
If you have used something similar, please share:
• Provider name
• Plan name
• Type of IP (mobile / residential / ASN info if known)
• Whether the IP is dynamic or from a rotating pool
• Any limitations or caveats
Budget is flexible for the right service.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

Step 1: Move to the US.
Step 2: subscribe to any of a dozen residential services.
You're welcome.
Our apartment rent is $1032/month.
We can have FiOS and Comcast and T-Mobile.
We are already using FiOS.
Pay half of the rent, and we’ll allow you to install Comcast & T-Mobile at our address connected to your computer.
You get two sets of USA residential IPs from two separate providers.
We’ll even build you an ESP32-based remote access panel where you can hard reboot your computer and modems.
Lol! I've heard of LLM companies offering this to a small number of people.
That's insane given that LLM companies already buy residential proxies by the millions from questionable sources for a fraction of that price.
