    Sluggish? The use of IP addresses should not be too unstable. IP addresses are ordered for customers, and many of them prefer not to change their IP addresses too often.

    Do you mean you don't allow Tor exit nodes (the kind that cause IP blacklisting by acting as an open proxy), or literally anything Tor-related at all?

    Yes. Users can use Tor on their computers without any penalties, but companies cannot offer anything related to TOR. The Tor browser site has been blocked in Russia since 2021.

  • Oh, that sucks. I run several relays in Russia and never had any problems, except for one host which was blocking literally everything, even Google DNS and the Debian repositories. Thanks for letting me know.
