I can get dedi from nocix or wholesale but there is a lots of work to do in DEDI
Not really. just load up proxmox.
Then create a VM you want or LXC with everything you want. Then right click create template. Now you got a template for however many machines you want.

If you already have a Nocix offer in Kansas, you should choose them because several providers won't be able to offer the price you're looking for. As you say, with that price you can buy a dedicated server and virtualize it
No need to visualize them too. Just 9 to 15 $ to get dedi with windows installed up 16 GB ram LOL
