i have to ask, is it some issue on your network stack?
i am a long term user (2021) so i want to stick to you but last year i had an issue with a vps that was unable to accept a domain for some reason. tried with my domain registrar who confirmed issue on your end. nothing happeend. i dropped the entire thing after failing to investigate.
now i purchased this new vps and have same issue. raised a ticket and was told rDNS was propagated but issues exist. then when i asked for issues, they said its unmanaged and only network issues are supported but my network issues are not being resolved.

i am trying to host mailinabox.email on this vps, like i have an existing one with your vps working since 2021 but this one (and last vps) refuse to network properly.
namecheap just says everything is fine on their side.
what to do now? its either work with me to fix issues or refund me the order and i will look elsewhere.
