Looking for Cheap India VPS (≤ $20/yr) – No India Phone Verification Needed

I'm looking for recommendations for a cheap VPS located in India, with the following requirements:

📌 Budget

≤ $20/year

📊 Minimum Specs

1 vCPU

1 GB RAM

10–20 GB SSD storage

500 GB+ monthly bandwidth (more bandwidth preferred)

IPv4 required

✅ Usage

Deploying lightweight proxy software (v2ray), so Linux-based OS is fine.

📵 Verification

No India phone number / local SMS verification required

🔎 Providers I’ve already checked

HostHatch (India — pricing unclear / over budget)

HostEONS (India — id verification unclear)

RackNerd (no India location)

Vultr / Linode / mainstream providers — too expensive

Please suggest any providers or offers that meet these specs and the budget. Thank you!

  • Hostdzire or DIGIRDP.

I guess most of the provider will ask you for KYC not just the Indian phone number.

    Try reaching these @HostDZire @DigiRDP @Abd @webhorizon

    Thanked by 1Abd

I have registered with an Indian VPS provider that does not support registrations from users in other countries.

I couldn't find a package that suited me; it was beyond my budget.

Ah care to share their name?

  • If you can register with real info , and provide docs for KYC in case something goes wrong , then hostdzire India is a very good option.

I have two different specials from them that were within your budget, but maybe you need to wait for an offer

I haven't found a suitable package. The 2 CPU, 4 GB option costs nearly $6 per month, and I don't need such high specifications. Thank you.

They do sales pretty often , similar packages cost less , the package you are talking about (4g2c50g2T was about 24$/year on their last thread, approx 2$/month paid yearly)

If you can wait then it'd be a pretty good deal. They also had a new year offer where i got 16gb ram , 8 vCores & 200g nvme for 32$/year , and it has been stable so far.

  • I think i have also used HostVDS India location in the past , its cheap , but also not very solid (it was down for about a few hours in the first week of me getting the server , plus random reboots from their side were also pretty common with me) , I dont know how it performs now , but i wouldn't personally use them for anything serious.

You could check them out if needed though

Thank you very much, but after registering, I found there was no option for an Indian location, even though their website homepage shows India.
