HYE HOST: All US VPS Are Gone Without Warning

I hate to post this because the guys at Hye Host seemed pretty decent and technically competent, but I had a number of VPS in their US locations that are just gone. I paid for a year, and they are offering no credit and not answering support tickets. Not any way to treat your customers.
Were these guys also behind Civilized Hosting that went deadpool last year?

Was hit by this too, but this happened months ago.
This happened quite some time ago but I did get a refund when I submit a ticket though because I just paid for a new month and the vps got deleted after like 3 days.
I paid for the year and just figured out that I'm SOL here recently.
A few hundred bucks for I think five servers. Not millions, but enough to be annoying.
Don't know about Civilized Hosting, but it's the same person that ran Piohost
Yeah and one more, but definitely not civilized hosting. Civilized was also ran by some dumb kids though.
They didn't deadpool, believe they just changed the name they operated under.
