  It's great that you are running promotions, but what about the customers who have already paid?

  I purchased the KVM-NVME-5GB-BF from this offer. The payment went through successfully, but my service is still stuck on "Pending".

  Taking money without provisioning the service is completely unacceptable. If you are running a promo, your automated provisioning should at least be working. I have already submitted an urgent ticket.

  Please look into this and activate my server immediately, I need an explanation for this delay.
