    Buyer beware; they had to spin my VPS on 3 different hosts until I got one that had semi decent I/O. Everything is way oversold. On the positive side, support was very good and didn't leave me hanging.

    The single-core CPU performance of my current plan is causing a network bottleneck. I would like to request an upgrade: adding one more CPU core and doubling the traffic allowance. Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks!

    Just noticed the BF deal was still active and decided it was a pretty good price, so finally decided to get it anyway.

    Got to say though, @DediRock, the order page is probably the most frustrating order page I've ever used from any provider. It wanted to know "state" which isn't relevant to my UK address - I ended up giving you county instead as that's the equivalent, even though it's not officially in my address. Anyway, at that point, the form reset almost everything except the address details, so more importantly all the billing details were lost AND the google suggested password had to be re-entered in both fields.

    So, I refilled all that in, then missed the security question again, and had to refill it all in again. And I hadn't noticed that the second password field was empty, so had to do it again.

    I had to go through entering my card number FOUR times, only to be presented with an invoice marked UNPAID and requiring me to enter my card details yet again.

    Why even bother asking for that stuff on the first page of the order if you don't even bother saving it?

  • I used to have some of them, but the Bandwidth is a hard limit, which you will reach very quickly, especially in backups.

    Sorry Danny but i wont be doing that, I have already switched providers.
    And honestly unless you change your infrastructure and how you provision clients i dont see it getting better.

    Monitoring IOwait is not something a client should care about nor should they submit a ticket. You could easily setup monitoring on the host and respond when you get notifications instead of waiting for clients to open a ticket with you.

    That being said the support was fast and friendly but also incompetent and never fully read or understood my tickets until danny stepped in.

    Also "lets make a deal" was really off putting when requesting an upgrade. I had to sit down a do napkin math instead of just getting a quote and accepting it.

    Hope you get your storage lineup in order, wishing you the best.
