Sure, a €2 a year increase isn't a lot. With the current hardware costs increasing, it's understandable.
I'm truly sorry, but I can understand.
I hope that at the same time, many people understand our point of view, it won't be the €2-3 that will make us rich.
Everything will be reinvested in the company and all our customers. We truly believe we can achieve something great in 2026.

I ordered a Y-3 VPS with you on Jan 8th. Unfortunately it was not deployed within a week.
Then it was activated for only 4.5 hrs (Jan 14th from 7:30pm till midnight) instead of one year. Before I could even connect to it it was "suspended". After complaining again, it was extended for one more month (until Feb, 15th 2026) instead of one year. My third complaint to set the duration correctly to one year remains unanswered since then.
Is there any way that you can deploy this VPS correctly?
For me as a new customer, this would truly be the best achievement in 2026!

My contract contains recurrent 12eur/y price, could I get this promised recurrent cost?
Actually, when I bought my VPS, it works much better than now, after all your improvements, my VPS works worst than before. When in Jul, Aug, Sep, it goes down two times per month, for a few minutes, in Dec it goes down every week for half hour+

Can I confirm that "Storage VPS - STORAGE-2" and "VPS STANDARD VPS-1" are not affected by this price hike? I seem to recall I got them with a discount, but I don't know if it was a BF discount.

I'm not sure why this affect (pricing change) the exist users. Not only the new plans/orders. New RAM, hardware cost affect only new nodes and orders (or maybe broken hardware replacements). Of course, i'm not completely idiot, I know it's better to share the cost (small price increase) for all users instead big changes for new services (what nobody would order, because of the high costs).
At first my quarterly 'payment term' changed to yearly, and now this.

I understand, it's a better way than a 'deadpool' or a quality drop, but not happy

Advertising started on 7th March 2025. Renewal is increased with 1st of March 2026. This is a new form of scam where one confirms their price is recurring, but closer to its first renewal date the price gets increased.
And to think customers were investors, since they pre-ordered the servers, while the provider started their business with customer's money every 2 weeks in advance.
I completely agree with you. This trend with the increase in the price of Hardware and RAM, which are indicated in the Email, has nothing to do with old nodes. When buying VPS, we were promised that it would be possible to pay the same price for the server in a year (recurring price). In fact, old nodes that have already been sold and are in the hands of customers will not receive any upgrade except for cheating the price of old promo sales
The price increase for new promotions is quite understandable and acceptable. But the price increase for old VPS, where there were completely different conditions and changing them now is not right.

We just try to do what we can at a fair price. I repeat, it wasn't an easy decision, but I was forced to do it to stop making compromises and only offer what we believe is right, which is higher quality.

If you did state that the numbers were recurring, then it would be best for you to honor that, even if it means raising the price for new customers or even having to suffer from a bit of temporary CPU steal as you recoup losses.
