I'm using VPS with 6 CPU cores/16 GB/50 GB for €34.95 EUR for 6 months.
Do you know better offer for lower price? I need VPS with a lot of RAM. For location it can be USA or Europe. Other locations also can be discussed.

They have 6C (amd epyc)/16GB/200GB for 85 usd/y in NL, DE, UK and US. They resell Leaseweb in all of those locations. Should be very stable
Also, @NovaCloudHosting still has a promo with:
4C (xeon e5v4)/24GB/100GB for 60 eur/y in NL. A bit weaker CPU with only 4 xeon cores but 24 GB RAM for this price is really good.
