HDD: 6TB minimum
Network Speed: At least 1Gbps
Traffic: At least 50TB
Location: Europe, Finland, Netherlands, Romania, basically somewhere torrenting isn't frowned upon
Budget: 50€
No setup fee is highly preferred
Use case mainly is a seedbox. Currently I already have a few servers in mind from Hetzner, but I'm looking for alternatives before purchasing. I also have mevspace as an option, but sadly they are mostly out of HDDs.
Not interested in Alexhost's services.

Oh, that's a good point. Since I got a server from Finland, I didn't think that this would be an issue
