Does the vps include DDoS protection? Does it ignore DMCA?

Yes DMCA is ignored. For DDOS protection we recommend using CloudFlare.

Yes, you boot up very quickly, which is commendable, regarding hard disk storage, I would like to be able to add some SSD hard drives to the machine I purchased, I would like to know if you can provide such a service and what the pricing is?

So, there is no DDoS protection at the network endpoint. If that’s the case, it’s acceptable, as Cloudflare will handle the mitigation.

If possible, I'd like to add a processor core or a larger hard drive, as my GB6 score is much lower than the one you posted, possibly because the CPU frequency is limited to 2000MHz instead of 2800MHz.
