No response regarding Cloudcone account verification
I registered a new account earlier yesterday and completed the top-up, then received the following message:
_Your account access has been limited as we have detected multiple accounts using the same payment method. Please contact support to verify your account.
_
I discovered that the previous account was registered in 2017 and stopped being used in 2018 and thereafter. I no longer use the email address for that account, and for privacy reasons, I would like to use a newly registered account.
I haven't received any response to my support ticket yet. Are there any other ways to contact Cloudcone? ![]()

Nope. The reason is not wild, because this is in their terms; but the terms are wild.
"Customer cannot maintain more than one (1) account at app.cloudcone.com" - from their terms.
This is too slow; I'm worried I'll miss out on their discount.
thats not the reason they got suspended/limited. they got suspended for the payment method. My payment infos in the misses account doesnt mean she and i are the same person

There are legitimate reasons for two natural persons using the same payment method:
In India, above isn't allowed. You can ask for addon cards (which will have different card number) but it is a N:1 relationship where one person can have multiple cards against one account but a card can not be shared by multiple people.
My ticket status is now marked as "Acknowledged," and I don't know how much longer it will take to complete.
In such situations where provider does not allow multiple accounts, but a family or business shares the same bank info, then a ticket might need to be opened. Such overlaps are quite rare.

We generally allow one payment source to be linked to one account, unless on the verification ticket you mention a specific reason to use multiple accounts.
This is mainly imposed to prevent abuse.

I don't need multiple accounts at the moment. You can help me cancel my old account or merge it with the new one.
The main reason I'm registering a second account is that I forgot I had one before; it's been too long.
