  100% true about MassiveGrid!
  Just to mention this, some of the providers I added in exclude list are there not because of bad experience but I am currently using them and I want the monitor to be outside of these networks.

  Ionos €1/month servers are a good option for this. The VMs aren't great but they'll run Uptime Kuma and the network uptime is really good.
