I don't think Host4fun is suitable to run relays anyway. Their ToS prohibits "TOR" and the traffic caps are rather low for that.
I currently have a server running Tor webtunnel bridge (don't tell RIYAD) on Malaysia plan which I got free for 1 year from one of their giveaways. It has been fine since bridges do not eat this much traffic and still help people.
Host4fun seems to be using breezehost in that location so you would probably have better luck going to them directly asking for more traffic or custom plan. At least in Malaysia.
