  I once saw a tuk-tuk full of packaged clocks traveling at a high rate of speed in Mumbai. Scary

  Anytime I've needed an Indian VPS I've just stuck with Vultr.

  My advice based on different asian providers.... If you can't get Indian, then you may opt for German server instead of other Asian servers. The latency is less for Germany probably because both Airtel and Jio have exclusive connection with Germany (just a guess).
