Most Asia‑region VPS providers sit well above the $3/month mark, usually $4–$7+ for Singapore, Tokyo, Mumbai, or Hong Kong. If you really need to stay under $3, you’re mostly looking at “Asia‑adjacent” options instead. RackNerd often runs $2–$3 promos on US West Coast nodes, InterServer has sub‑$3 plans with decent Asia routing, and LightNode can fit the budget only if your usage stays minimal due to hourly billing.

not $3 USD but if you can raise your budget you can get the cheapest VPS in Asia

    40 GB NVMe SSD
    6 GB RAM DDR4
    4 vCPU AMD EPYC Milan
    3 TB Transfer Data
    750 Mbps Bandwidth

    Singapore $5.79 USD | Looking Glass https://sg-lg.orangevps.com/
Hong Kong $4.29 USD | Looking Glass https://hk2-lg.orangevps.com/
