    NON-EU, when you fill in your address the VAT will be 0%.

    VPS .EE location is unreliable, wouldn't recommend it if you need uptime. It reboots once a week, and there are several IPv4/IPv6 outages.

    @VPSSLIM I've been trying to purchase for you from a while, but I keep captcha failed errors with a note to contact support, despite never being presented a visible captcha. I've asked on the live chat a few times and gotten emails, but it's never been resolved and I end up ghosted each time.

    I can't replicate the problem, other clients neither have this problem. Did you try another browser or disable VPN?

    I cannot change my IP, as I always use Tor. I host with over 30 other providers, and the most I've had happen was getting presented a captcha. For a provider that allows Tor relays, it would be nice if you allowed Tor users to register, even if we have to go through a captcha.

    They marked my order as “Fraud” on January 4th and did not send any notification. I logged in the other day, saw the status, and opened a ticket. They told me that they would issue a refund, but nothing has happened so far. I checked the ticket again and saw that they had closed ticket without responding.

    Yeah, it was my reply and they just ignore it. I would recommend users to stay away from this hosting because they dont care about tickets much.
