South East Asia VPS with lowest price only for VPN (learning purpose)

Hi lad!
I'm currently looking a south east asia vps for learning purpose only about load balancer, DNS, and decentralization.

Nothing more that i wanted, except able to set up VPN.

My budget kind of low: maybe $2/3 per month

    Hello. I am using an Oracle Free Tier VPS in the Singapore location to run a VPN. It’s free, and has 10 TB of bandwidth to use each month. You should try it.

    Maybe you want to check out Karvl.com, a new provider but so far so good at pricing.

    You can check out their pricing at this page, or use my aff link for $100 free cloud credits for a month. Pricing starts at $2/mo for 5TB of BW and 1 CPU core, 1GB of RAM.

    Edit: to add up, I have one or two with them and still up & running.

    I have AlibabaCloud for $10/year set up in Manila (Alibaba Cloud also has other Southeast Asian locations) and it works pretty well. They also have a 1 year free trial so I think that would be perfect for learning purposes.
