Your AUP says that "Tor" is strictly prohibited. Do you only mean exit nodes (those that act as open proxies and can bring in abuse complaints), or all Tor relays, including those that are purely internal to the network and never exit traffic?
You may run relays as long as we do not receive any abuse reports or complaints. If an abuse report is received, the service will be suspended.
Only legitimate, verified abuse complaints, I assume (in other words, running a relay does not put the client in a more precarious position, they just aren't treated any different from everyone else)?
It might be a good idea to change the AUP to refer to "Tor exit relays" instead, which is what most providers do.

Any chance to get a cheap 100 Mbps (or even 50 Mbps) unmetered plan?
We do not have unmetered plans, which location you interested?
I am interested in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Norway, France, or Finland (in order of preference), but I also need a large bandwidth capacity, a minimum of 50 Mbps sustained. So without an unmetered plan, it's probably impractical.
At the moment we can not do larger bandwidth allocation in Malaysia, Singapore & Australia location. We can do higher bandwidth in France/Norway/Germany/Netherlands/USA but would cost will increase lot. You would need to get 16GB RAM VPS which would have 32TB Bandwidth. But I guess that would not work for you project.
Why would the RAM have to increase? Is it a lack of flexibility in host-side VPS configuration?
Additional bandwidth price is $3/1TB. So with smallest VPS package if you go for 32TB BW it would cost a lot.
Better simply go with 16GB RAM package, which costs $28/month with our latest 50% discount promotion.
