  Asia: Forget it. You aren't getting 10G unmetered + high-end Ryzen for $150 there. You’d need to 3x your budget or settle for 100Mbps.
  Netherlands (or close enough):
  1. Hetzner (Germany/Finland):
  Why: Best hardware for the price.
  The Plan: Grab an AX series (Ryzen 7 or 9).
  The 10G: Add the 10G NIC addon (~€39/mo).
  The Catch: On 10G uplinks, traffic is usually capped at 20TB included, then €1/TB. For 50TB total, you'd pay ~$30 extra. Total comes in under $150.
  2. WorldStream (Netherlands):
  Why: True "Instant" delivery (check their WSI lists) and solid network.
  The Catch: You might have to hunt their "Outlet" or "Deals" page to fit a high-end Ryzen + 10G into that $150 budget.
  3. Novos / Server.net:
  Keep an eye on their offers threads here. They often drop NL deals with high bandwidth that fit this range.

  TL;DR: Go Hetzner AX + 10G addon if you can handle the server being in Germany. Unbeatable value.
