Following my testing, this IP range does not appear to include optimised routes for China.
Traditional optimised routes for China should at least incorporate China Telecom's CN2 nodes (59.43).
Alternatively, they should include some newer optimised routes, such as China Unicom's AS10099 and AS9929 nodes.
However, I have been unable to locate any such results in the route traces for the provided IP range.
