most of it support alipay, and I must indicate these seller not so reliable, maybe you buy a vps, after 2 month they run away , you miss you vps and money( pay according month may some help), may some risk( miss money) . and this kind vps is a very bad cpu/ gpu (a phsical machine construct 10+ 's vps), if you had some demand for these not try this kind vps.

Yeah, but you pay for it in poor support. Just don't fuck up your networking or you'll find that Rescue Mode is broken and the support staff largely unable to comprehend that you want them to enable it manually.
If you're planning to do something commercial, it's best to have relevant professionals handle the extra tasks yourself, rather than just relying on suppliers. Alternatively, if you're skilled with AI, you could use it to assist. Trying to be a "hands-off manager" from the start will rarely lead to success.

Thank you @tempask for creating this list. It seems to be mostly a Nodeseek sellers (or so called "IDC"), I wouldn't put much trust in any, but if you want a really cheap server for proxy or something I guess this could work. I could bet at least a few will cease to exist by the end of 2026.
Some of them have very unusual locations (North Korea, Antarctica, etc). Those are never real, mostly tunneled HE or WARP exit points. Seems to be very common as MJJs don't care too much how the traffic is routed as long as it's exiting in the right place.
Also, do you happen to have any list of IDCs who provide servers in mainland China for cheap without real-name authentication? Asking for a friend of course
I don't know this, just has a baidu cloud's vps, 9$/year, feel not bad, but It has real-name authentication, maybe you could try find some middle seller ( 10$ or more buy one, split it to 2 or 3 vps resell), they could don't need real-name auth
