good uptime vps under $19.67/year

Hi,

I'm looking for a VPS with at least the following requirements from a provider that's reliable and won't vanish overnight or in the next few years:

GOOD uptime and solid network. I want GreenCloud level of uptime, not some shit like ihostart. (sorry cailin)

1 core+ (modern CPU pls. nothing ancient with a gb6 score of 200 )
2GB RAM
30gb nvme ssd
8 to 10TB+ bandwidth (real usage will be way under, just want the high cap as a buffer)
1 IPv4 + IPv6 support

Preferred location: US West or Canada (best latency for me)
Acceptable alternatives: US East/Central, or really anywhere else globally if the deal is solid and the network is decent. Will be waiting for US/CAN deals first before buying.

(Just prioritizing West Coast/Canada to keep ping low.)

Ideally something like GreenCloud (or similar quality), but my dumb ass snagged a $7/year idler deal with only 3TB bandwidth instead of the higher one. (iykyk, those flash sales codes get used in seconds)

They used to maintain servers, change ips.

My vps even didn't auto reboot when host was rebooted. That's nuts.

VPSs from RackNerd come with awesome uptime, typically up for more than a year. And they used to provide Ryzen boxes fit within your budget in Ashburn.

Same here. Maintenance happens at least once a quarter if not all the time. But still a bargain for me, and I am happy to have 7 VMs with them.

And i do not know they turn on or turn off show %stealtime, because it allways 0% for my VPS.

I had storage VPS with them few years ago they lost my data 2 times in one year due to disk failure. Thank god I had backups somewhere else. NEVER TRUST THEM!!!
